Personal, Social, Health & Economic education
PSHE is led by Mr Kelly at Bowker Vale.
At Bowker Vale Primary School we aim to support children in their personal, social, health and economic education as well as their academic. We believe that our PSHE curriculum prepares children for life in modern Britain today. It also helps pupils develop and apply skills and attitudes to allow them to become full and active citizens in our wider global community. We aim to raise the aspirations of all of our children to enable them to reach their full potential.
At Bowker Vale Primary School, our programme of study is taught in the context of three core themes: Relationships education, Physical health and mental well-being and Living in the wider world. We follow the 3D Dimensions PSHE scheme.
