Design & Technology
Design & Technology is led by Mrs Stubbs at Bowker Vale.
Each year children will complete three Design and Technology projects.
They will complete a cycle beginning with a context and purpose for the project, then an exploration of existing products, skills based work to develop their design skills and building techniques, a design, a make and finishing with an evaluation of their project.
This process supports the development of both skills and knowledge and often links to work in Science and Maths.
